  • Absolutely. You tell us the vibe — whether it’s chasing waterfalls, island hopping, snorkelling, culture, or something off the beaten path — and we’ll piece together a tour that flows perfectly. Think of it as a collab between your ideas and our local know-how.

  • Yes! We offer pickup between 8:30–9:00 AM from most areas in Lombok. We’ll confirm your exact pickup time once everything is locked in.

  • We run custom tours for solo travelers, couples, or groups up to 10 people. The experience and itinerary are tailored to match your group size and travel style.

  • Every custom tour includes:

    • Private transport

    • Friendly local guide

    • All entrance fees

    • Water

    • Snorkelling gear (if needed)

    If there’s anything extra you’d like to include, just let us know in your inquiry — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • After we’ve finalised the plan and confirmed the details of your custom tour, you’ll just need to pay a 25% deposit to lock in the date and secure your driver. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as some parts of the tour may already be booked and confirmed on your behalf. The remaining balance can be paid closer to the tour date. Easy and flexible — just how we like it.

  • Definitely. If you have a unique idea or something you’ve seen on Instagram or TikTok that caught your eye, let us know. We love creating one-of-a-kind experiences — and we’ll tell you what’s possible, depending on location and timing.

  • We always keep an eye on the forecast and aim to give you the best experience possible. If the weather makes it unsafe or significantly impacts your tour, we’ll do our best to reschedule or adjust the plan. However, because some elements of your custom day may already be booked and non-refundable, we’re not always able to offer a full refund. We’ll always be upfront and work with you to find the best solution.

  • Absolutely! We’re happy to adjust the itinerary to suit families with kids or older travelers — whether that means shorter drives, easier walks, or extra beach time. Just mention it when you get in touch, and we’ll shape the day accordingly.
