Solo Vida Adventures Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome to Solo Vida Adventures!

By booking a trip with us, you’re signing up for an unforgettable adventure! Before we start our journey, here are a few things you need to know. These Terms & Conditions help keep everything clear and fair—so please take a moment to read them.

2. Booking & Payment for full day adventures

  • Deposit: A 25% deposit secures your spot—this goes toward your total tour cost.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 days before departure. If we don’t receive it on time, we may have to cancel your booking and keep the deposit.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: If you're booking within 1 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.

  • How to Pay: We keep it simple—payments are made through our online booking system.  

  • On-the-Day Payments: In limited cases, we may accept payment on the day of the tour—please contact us in advance to check availability.

2(a). Cancellation & Refund Policy

We get it—plans change! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

If you cancel your tour:

  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund.

  • 4-13 days before departure: 50% refund (deposit is non-refundable).

  • Less than 4 days before departure: No refund.

Changing your booking: You can request changes, but it depends on availability and may come with a fee. All requests must be made in writing.

Transferring your booking: Need to pass your spot to a friend? You can do that with at least 4 days' notice. All requests must be made in writing.

No-show policy: If you don’t show up on the tour start date or leave early, we can’t offer a refund. Solo Vida Adventures isn’t responsible for missed tours due to flight cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions.



Important notes:

  • If you cancel and rebook during a promotion, any discounts will be void, and the original price will apply.

  • Once the tour starts, no refunds will be given—even if you choose to skip an activity.

  • We can’t waive cancellation fees for:

    • Illness or injury

    • Missed, rescheduled, or delayed flights

    • Bad weather, political issues, or social disruptions

    • Pandemics, epidemics, or other major global events

    • Any other ‘Force Majeure’ situations

Protect yourself! We highly recommend travel insurance—it may cover your cancellation fees, depending on the policy. Make sure you're covered before you join us on tour!

  • Full Payment Required: To secure your spot on the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: If you're booking within 1 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.

  • How to Pay: We keep it simple—payments are made through our online booking system.

  • On-the-Day Payments: In limited cases, we may accept payment on the day of the tour—please contact us in advance to check availability.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 15 days before departure. If we don’t receive it on time, we may have to cancel your booking and keep the deposit.

  • Last-Minute Bookings: If you're booking within 15 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.

  • How to Pay: We keep it simple—payments are made through our online booking system. 

  • On-the-Day Payments: In limited cases, we may accept payment on the day of the tour—please contact us in advance to check availability.

  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund (deposit is non-refundable).

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Changing your booking: You can request changes, but it depends on availability and may come with a fee. All requests must be made in writing.

TTransferring your booking: Need to pass your spot to a friend? You can do that with at least 30 days' notice. A 10% transfer fee applies, and the new traveler must meet all eligibility requirements.

No-show policy: If you don’t show up on the tour start date or leave early, we can’t offer a refund. Solo Vida Adventures isn’t responsible for missed tours due to flight cancellations, delays, or other travel disruptions.

5. If We Have to Cancel

Sometimes, things outside our control (like extreme weather, political unrest, or not enough sign-ups) mean we have to cancel or reschedule a trip.

  • If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund—including your deposit.

  • Want to rebook instead? You can transfer your payment to a future trip.

6. Travel Insurance—It’s a Must!

We require all travelers to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal injury, and adventure activities. We’re not responsible for extra costs if your trip is interrupted or delayed, so make sure you're covered!

7. Itinerary & Changes

We do our best to stick to the plan, but sometimes the itinerary may change due to weather, safety, or other factors. If we need to adjust anything, we’ll always prioritize your safety and the best possible experience.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • You should be in good health and ready for moderate physical activities like surfing and hiking.

  • Show respect to local communities, guides, and fellow travelers.

  • If you damage accommodation, vehicles, or equipment, you’ll need to cover the cost.

9. Assumption of Risk

Adventure travel comes with risks! By booking a trip with us, you understand and accept these risks. We’re here to guide you safely, but Solo Vida Adventures isn’t responsible for injuries, losses, or damages. Always listen to your guides—they’ve got your back!

10. Photos & Videos

We love capturing the adventure! We may take photos and videos during your trip for marketing. If you prefer not to be in them, just let us know in advance.

11. Legal

These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of Indonesia, where Solo Vida Adventures operates.
